Moved to Edinburg of the Central League where he went 3-1 with a 3.70 ERA in 43 appearances...pitched three scoreless innings on 5/26 against Shreveport...tied a career-high by striking out five batters while going 2.1 scoreless innings against El Paso on 7/2...went two scoreless frames on 7/27 against Pensacola to get the win...tossed three scoreless innings on 8/5 vs. Coastal Bend...got another win on 8/17 vs. Jackson by hurling two scoreless innnings
2004:
Returned to Wisconsin where he went 3-1 in 26 appearances...went two scoreless innings 4/30 against Fort Wayne...got the win on 5/7 against Battle Creek by going 2.2 scoreless innings while striking out five, a career high...went four innings on 5/20 against West Michigan and allowed no runs to get the win...started the season by allowing only three ER thru his first 12 appearances and 18 innings

Was signed by the Seattle Mariners in the off-season and reported to their low-A affiliate, Wisconsin, of the Midwest League...went 2-2 with a 2.87 ERA and eight saves in 41 appearances...got the win by tossing three scoreless innings on 4/12 against Burlington...had a seven-game scoreless streak from 5/12-6/3, a span of 7.2 innings in which he garnered three saves...finished the season in style by tossing three scoreless innings on 9/1 vs. Kane County and getting the win
